It is a usual practice to use online pdf tools available on the internet for various day to day pdf needs such as pdf to word, splitting, merging etc. and in doing so sensitive data gets uploaded to these sites for using these pdf functions. To avoid all such hassle a pdf utility tool has been developed by NIC Telangana, for the convenience of Government Officials.
The features available are:

3. PDF to word (for English fonts)
4. Delete pages
5. Image to PDF
6. Compress a pdf
7. Extract pages
8. Protect pdf with password
9. Unlock PDF
This PDFTools utility is hosted on https://nicpdftools.nic.in and is accessible through parichay login. In view of maintaining user privacy and security, the files being uploaded while using the application are not stored on the server. Request all NIC email users to use the utility whenever required and give us feedback and share the url with their respective user departments.
