Mass Rollout of IMA App Version 1.0.17 as part of final IT2.0 (India Post APT2.0) Rollout
In a significant step towards enhancing internal mobility solutions, India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) Central Office has commenced the mass rollout of the Internal Mobile App (IMA) Version 1.0.17, developed by CEPT. The deployment is being managed through the Mobile Device Management (MDM) console and will cover all enrolled devices across the network.
Current Deployment Status

Successfully Installed: IMA Version 1.0.17 has already been installed on 46,608 devices.

Pending Update: An additional 65,015 devices currently running IMA Version 1.0.16 will automatically be updated to the latest version within the next 24 hours.
Rollout Strategy
The rollout is being executed in a phased manner over the next 24 hours to ensure seamless coverage and stability. All end users are requested to keep their devices ONLINE to enable smooth installation and updates.
Important Advisory

No Action Required by End Users: Users are advised not to send any re-push requests or raise any queries related to the IMA app to the helpdesk until 03rd August 2025, 5 PM.

The helpdesk team will not entertain any IMA-related requests during this period.
