The pensioners who have opted to draw pension through Public Sector Banks/Post Office should arrange to draw their pensions regularly credited to their S.B Accounts. Failure to draw pensions exceeding three months shall construe to mean that they are no longer alive and the money lying at their credit shall be credited to the government account by the banker/Postal Authority. The Banker should intimate such cases to the Treasury Officer for keeping necessary entries in the Treasury records.
