DARPAN 2.0 Login Issue Solution | Unified DARPAN Android App (DARPAN 2.0) Login Problem Solved

Dear all in the past few days offices are increasingly reporting the problem of inactive user or unauthorised user or date not changed or old name is displayed etc in Unified DARPAN Android App (DARPAN 2.0). It is mainly a user behavior issue rather than system issue. It is observed that BPMs are not logging out of App after completing daily operations.  Instead they are minimizing the APP and next day continue to start work.

As closing and login not happening.. user Token is getting expired and resulting in inactive user/ not active etc. messages are being displayed. 


It is to be ensured that after finishing transactions, BPM to close the APP.

In this way, inactive user error will not arise mostly.


BPMs need to check and verify the date in the wallet screen before starting transactions for the day. The date displayed should match with current date. If not, need to close app and login again.

In this way, if token is expired will be refreshed and date also will be aligned correctly. 

In the mean time CEPT will be working with IPPB to disable this minimising feature. Request to guide the BPMs. It will solve most of the issues of login.
