With reference to above-mentioned subject, this to inform that another meeting is scheduled to be held on 19.07.2023 at 11:00 am, in the Chairpersonship of the Member (Personnel), in Shri G. P. Roy Committee Room, 2nd Floor, Dak Bhawan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi - 110001, with Staff Federations /Unions/Associations to obtain their views/comments/suggestions with regard to the proposal for merger of Sorting Assistant and PA (CO/RO) wirh PA (PO).


2. Therefore, it is request to make it convenient to attend the same on the scheduled date and time.

(ii) Secretary General, Bhartiya Poetal Employees Federation (BPEF), T-21, Atul Grove Road, New Delhi - 110001 - It is requested that not more than 3 (three ) representatives may attend the aforesaid meeting.

(iii) General Secretary, All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Group 'C',17/4'C, P & T Colony, Kali Bari Marg, New Delhi - 110001 ' It is requested that not more than 2 (two) representatives may attend the aforesaid meeting.

(iv) General Secretary, All India Postal Administrative Offices Employees'Union Group 'C' & 'D', 30/3-D, P&T Quarter, Kali Badi Marg, New Delhi - 110001 - It is requested that not more than 2 (two) representatives may attend the aforesaid meeting.
