I am directed to refer to this Directorate OM of even No. dated 19.06.2023 on the subject, whereby approval of the competent authority was conveyed to implement the Hon’ble CAT Hyderabad Bench order dated 02.12.2021 in OA No.506/2021 read with order dated 03.01.2023 of Hon’ble Telangana High Court in WP No.43155/2022. The action taken/compliance report in the matter is still awaited from all the Circles/Units.
2. It is informed that a contempt petition, CP NO. 46/2022 in CAT, Telangana is pending in the matter and Department is required to submit compliance affidavit on or before 24.07.2023.
3. I am, therefore, directed to request that after causing necessary compliance of the aforesaid orders, a compliance report may be furnished by 20.07.2023 in the following format so that compliance affidavit can be filed before the Hon’ble Tribunal to avoid any legal complications.
