MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (Department of Posts) Gazette NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th June, 2023 G.S.R. 462(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 read with section 74 of the Indian Post Office Act, 1898 (6 of 1898), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Post Office Rules, 1933, namely: -

1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Post Office (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force with effect from the 1 st day of July, 2023.
2. In the Indian Post Office Rules, 1933, in Schedule-III, after serial number 38 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely: (1) (2) (3) (4) “39 Canada 400 35.”
