This is regarding Promotion of Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Facility under POSB.
2. It has been observed that the number of Internet Banking and Mobile Banking registered users under POSB are quite low. In order to popularize both the services, streamlining counter operations/ transactions and for better customer servicing, Circles are requested to ensure registration of customer for either of two services during new account opening.
