New URL for Complaint Management System
We would like to inform all users and stakeholders about an important change regarding the Complaint Management (CRM) system.
🔄 What’s Changing?
1. Old URL Deactivated
As of today, the previous URL
https://prod.cept.gov.in is no longer accessible for CRM-related activities. Please discontinue its use.2. New URL for Complaint Management
All complaint management operations will now be accessible at the new URL:
🌐 Please begin using this address with immediate effect.
3. Access Control
This URL is available exclusively to users who are assigned with the CRM role.
🔒 Make sure your role is correctly configured to access the new portal.
4. Automatic Redirection Coming Soon
To ease the transition, an automatic redirection from the old URL to the new one will be enabled shortly.
⏰ Stay tuned for this update — but begin using the new URL directly in the meantime.
