I am directed to refer to this Department's letter of even number dated 06/12/2023 on the subject cited above containing the instructions regarng No work No Pay’ applicable on the employees/GDS who participated in the strike. Accordingly,
amount, from salary/TRCA of employees/GDS who were on strike from 12/12/2023 shall be deducted from the salary/TRCA of the month of December 2023 and a certificate (as mentioned below) to the effect duly verified by Director of Accounts Postal (DAP) of the concerned circle may be sent to directorate positively by 27th December, 2023 along-with total number of employees/GDSs against whom deduction is made.
"It is certified that in compliance with 'No work No pay' principle, whole amount towards strike period has been deducted from the Salary / TRCA of each and every employee / GDS who participated in the strike held from 12/12/2023"
