Provision of data entry in DARPAN PORTAL (DARPAN 2.0) for Unified DARPAN App Rollout

Subject: Provision of data entry in DARPAN PORTAL (DARPAN 2.0) regarding


Data entry for BO Onboarding, BPM Management, Substitute Management and PLI GDS mapping has been provisioned for all the BOs in DARPAN portal.


It is requested to kindly inform the divisions to update the details relating to BO Establishment details, BPM and Substitute details.


In case of any discrepancies noticed, divisions are requested to compile the data according to below mentioned scenarios and forward the same to concerned team 

through Circle for resolution of the issue.


SL No Scenarios Action

1 Sub Division mapping not available. Check the data in SAP-T Code -ZFID, if data is not correct then send a mail to sales and distribution team with a copy to db and app team in the attached template. If Sub Division data is correctly available in CSI, then send mail to DB and APP team .

2 Sub Division mapping incorrect.  Check the data in SAP-T Code -ZFID, if data is not correct then send a mail to sales and distribution team with a copy to db and app team in the attached template. If Sub Division data is correctly available in CSI, then send mail to DB and APP team .

3 Account Office mapping not available. Check the data in SAP-T Code -ZFID, if data is not correct then raise a ticket in Service Desk and  send a mail to sales and distribution team with a copy to db and app team. If  data is correctly available in CSI, then send mail to DB and APP team .

4 Account Office mapping incorrect  Check the data in SAP-T Code -ZFID, if data is not correct then raise a ticket in Service Desk and  send a mail to sales and distribution team with a copy to db and app team. If  data is correctly available in CSI, then send mail to DB and APP team .

5 User (BPM/Substitute) mapping incorrect. Email to DARPAN rollout team.
