From 1st September 2023, M/s Alstonia has taken over the Infrastructure operation from IBM for Post Office (DOP) FSI (CBS) and PLI related infrastructure services. Now both Application and Infrastructure of India Post Core Banking Solution and Insurance solution is being handled by M/s Alstonia of IPPB (India Post Payments Bank).
