Sub: Implementation of NACH facility through SBI for collection of PLI/RPLI renewal premium-reg. It is to inform that the process for implementation of PLI RPLI National Automated Clearing House (NACH) facility through SBI has been re-commenced which was earlier put on ‘hold due to issue relating to opening of settlement account.

A kind reference is invited to this Directorate letter no. 29-26/2014-LI (Pt) dated
2. Hence, as a pre-requisite for successful implementation of this facility, credentials
3. In addition, the user role and assigned activities of each role in the mandate management system along with the brief overview of the process to be followed under this facility circulated vide letter ibid may kindly be referred to. (copies enclosed at ‘Annexure-I’).
4. Moreover, Fast-7 form (Annexure-II) of the users designated/assigned with the role defined vide this Directorate letter dated 05-06-2020 (ibid) are required for creation of their User IDs for processing of NACH registration/Cancellation of Mandate through SBI Portal. Also the data as per ‘Annexure-III’ is also required for this purpose.
5. The aforesaid requisite information should be consolidated and may kindly be sent to this Directorate by Post and through electronic means by 25th April 2023, positively. It may kindly be ensured that the requisite information as per ‘Annexure-II" being sent through electronic means should be readable & in pdf format whereas ‘Annexure-III' should be in excel format.
(i) Since, the progress of the aforesaid functionality is being reviewed on regular basis by DG (Posts), it is imperative that Circles respond with necessary pre-requisites without delay.
