PLI RPLI Incentive Agent Applicaion form/Consent form/Declaration form. consent form along with the photocopies of PAN Card, Aadhar Card and the first page of POSB account is required for payment of PLI/RPLI (Postal Life Insurance/Rural Postal Life Insurance) incentive to the PLI?RPLI sales force (Marketing Staff). All the documents with consent form should reach Postal Division Office for effecting payment of PLI RPLI Incentive 2023.
The consent forms must be sent by the Headoffices/suboffices by including consent of all the staff of HO/SO and concerned BOs(ABPMs and BPMs).
