Please refer to your RTI application no. POSTS/R/E/23/00834 dated 17.01.2023 under RTI Act 2005 received by the undersigned through ADG (DE) & CPIO on 21.02.2023 to provide information on point no.2 of the said RTI request.
2. In so far as the procedure to fill up the unfilled vacancy of Inspector posts is concerned, it is to inform that the conduction of Departmental examination and declaration of result comes under the purview of Departmental Examination Branch of the Directorate.
3. As such the aforesaid request is being transferred to ADG (DE) & CPIO to provide you the information sought for, under rule 6 (3) of RTI Act 2005, as the subject matter comes under the jurisdiction of DE Branch and the undersigned CPIO is not the custodian of the information sought for.
