Please refer to this office letter no dated 28.11.2022 and VC held on 05.12.2022 whereby it was informed to Circles to complete the vacancy updation in Rule-3 portal upto 07.12.2022, however the timeline was further extended upto 13.12.2022.
2. In this context, the competent authority has approved the revised GDS Rule3 Online Transfer timelines as under:

3. Rule 3 online transfer portal is available for GDS employee and SOP for the purpose has already been shared by this office vide email dated 14.12.2022.
4. Therefore, it is requested to circulate the SOP to all GDS employee and adhere the timelines given above for complete the GDS online transfer process latest by 27.12.2022.
