OFFICE ORDER

Subject: Restructuring of Postal Division Office — regarding

Diector General Postal Services has decided to constitute a Commitee to review the existing structure of Postal Division Offices and restructure to align with the developments in the Department in recent past and to make recommendations thereupon. 

The Members ofthe Commitee will be as follows:-


I. Name of Officer | Designation

Shi N Ranji Kumar | Chairman & Dy. DGIPO)

Shri Sachin Kishore | PMG, Jodhpur Region, Rajasthan

Shri Nimal Singh | OPS (HO), Haryana

Ms. Saranya U DPS (HQ), Maharashira

Shri Hammad Zafar | Viglance Office, Bi

Shri Himanshu Chaudhary SSPO's, Bengaluru East Divsion, Kamataka

Ms. Aparaita Midna | ADG (PO)

Ms. Aparajta Mridha, ADG (PO) will also function as the convener of the Committee,


2. The Terms of Reference ofthe said Committee shall be a under

(i) Align the working of Division Office with re-engineered processes in light of technological advancement inthe Department and consequently, re-design the structure of the Division Office;

(ii) Optimization of the Establishment of the Division office:

(iii) Examining the scope of de-centralization! delegation of powers vested in different offcials and recommend the possible changes at diferent levels, within the Division;

(iv) Recommending a standard structure to create uniformity in administration across the Department.


3. The Committee will submit its report by 31st May, 2022.
