Subject:- Regarding inclusion of non migrated certificates in Finacle.
With reference to the above-mentioned subject, the undersigned would like to inform that this division has received references from Circles regarding non- migrations of saving certificates in finacle and manual discharge of such certificates on maturity or otherwise as the case may be. This issue has also been highlighted by the Performance Audit Team.
2. The above-mentioned issue has been examined at this end in consultation with the CEPT, Chennai and it has been decided to do the residuary migration of leftover certificates by CEPT Team.
3. In this context, the undersigned is directed to request you to issue necessary instructions to all concerned officers/officials in the Circle to pool all the left out certificates of Divisions / Regions in your Circle in one database (of sanchay post).
The concerned Circle is to certify the genuineness of the details of such certificates/data. After completion of this activity, the details may be shared with CEPT for scheduling of residuary data by 15.05.2022
