2. Suggestion made by you has been examined in detail. ln this context, the undersigned is directed to intimate that the same cannot be considered. There is only one category of Post Office Savings Account other than Basic Savings Account and other categories of Savings Accounts are already merged into POSA. There is no specific category of Post Office Savings Account (POSA) as Staff /Pensioners Savings Account. Further, the ATM card facility is a value added and an optional service. POSA customers availing ATM Card facility are required to pay the charges levied
