NAPE Group ‘C’ Announces Newly Elected CHQ Office Bearers
The National Association of Postal Employees (NAPE) Group ‘C’ has announced its newly elected Central Headquarters (CHQ) office bearers for the 2026–2028 term following the successful conclusion of its 26th All India Conference held at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, from June 7 to June 9, 2026.

The conference was conducted under the chairmanship of Shri Ranjan Kumar Tiwari, CHQ President, and witnessed the unanimous election of office bearers who will lead the organization during the forthcoming term.
Shri Santhosh Suresh Kadam of Warghal SO, Thane Division, Maharashtra, was elected as President. Shri Goutam Patra from Purulia Head Office, West Bengal, was chosen as Working President, while Shri J.P. Yadav of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, was elected Vice President.
Shri Sivaji Vasireddy, APM (HSG-II), Narasaraopet Head Office, Andhra Pradesh, was unanimously elected as General Secretary. Shri S. Sudeesh Kumar, HSG-II Supervisor, Foreign Post, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, was elected Deputy General Secretary.
The conference also elected seven Assistant General Secretaries representing various circles across the country, reflecting the association’s commitment to broad-based representation. Shri Manoj Kumar Kaushik of Delhi GPO was elected Financial Secretary, while Shri Simon Peter Dohling of Shillong GPO, North East Circle, was chosen as Assistant Financial Secretary. Shri M.G. Ravishankar of Basavanagudi Head Office, Bengaluru, Karnataka, was elected Organizing Secretary.
The newly elected leadership team represents diverse regions of India and is expected to strengthen the association's efforts in safeguarding employee interests, addressing service-related issues, and enhancing organizational unity.
Subsequent to the elections, NAPE Group ‘C’ has requested the Department of Posts to circulate the list of newly elected CHQ office bearers to all Circles and concerned authorities to facilitate the extension of admissible trade union facilities to the elected representatives.
The election marks the beginning of a new chapter for NAPE Group ‘C’, with the leadership expected to focus on employee welfare, service conditions, and organizational development during the 2026–2028 tenure.
