Dream App Restoration Process in Branch Post Offices (BOs) in case auto app wipeout issue

Several Branch Post Offices (BOs) have reported that the Dream App is disappearing from their devices. As informed by the IPPB Team, this issue can be resolved by setting a device password.

Steps to Restore the Dream App

  1. Click on the Shortcut available on the device.
  2. Select the "Set Password" option.
  3. Create and save a device password.
  4. Once the password is set, the applications, including the Dream App, will be restored automatically.

Action Required

All end users facing this issue are requested to follow the above steps immediately. No additional installation or technical intervention is required in most cases. Setting the device password triggers the automatic restoration of the missing applications.
