How to Download the BCP Application from the MIS Portal
The Department of Posts has provided a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for downloading the BCP (Business Customer Portal) Application from the MIS Portal. This application is required by booking offices for installation and operational purposes.
Step 1: Log in to the MIS Portal
Open the MIS Portal in your web browser and log in using the credentials provided to your office.
Portal: https://data.cept.gov.in/customermis/
User Name: EPIC
Login Type: Nodal Office
After entering the required credentials, click Login to access the portal.
Step 2: Search for the BCP Application
After successful login, navigate to the Files Shared by Customers section.
Enter BCP in the Customer/Facility ID field.
Click the Fetch button.
The portal will retrieve all available BCP application files for download.
Step 3: Download the Required Files
A list of available BCP application files will be displayed.
Review the available files.
Click the Download button against the required file.
Save the downloaded file to your computer.
Install the application as per the prescribed installation procedure.
