ATM Unit Restructuring in Department of Posts: Revised Email IDs for Faster Resolution
The Department of Posts has announced an important operational restructuring of the ATM Unit to streamline handling of ATM, transaction, banking, and customer support related matters.
As part of this restructuring, officials and users have been requested to send communications only to the designated email IDs for quicker and appropriate action. The earlier group email ID should no longer be included unless specifically required.

1. Insta ATM Card Acknowledgements
All Insta ATM Card acknowledgement communications should be sent to the respective CPCs.
2. ATM Card Related Issues
This includes:
Fresh ATM card requests
Personalized ATM cards
Instant ATM cards
Card not working
Wrong charges and related complaints

Important Instructions
Officials and users are advised that if emails are marked to a group, the old email ID postatm@indiapost.gov.in should be removed from the mailing list and replaced with the appropriate concerned team email ID mentioned above.
The Department has requested all concerned to ensure that communications are forwarded only to the relevant email IDs for immediate and effective resolution of issues.
This restructuring is expected to improve response time, accountability, and efficiency in handling ATM and banking related services across the Department of Posts.
