In the latest update, several new functionalities and adjustments have been introduced to improve the overall experience and efficiency of our services. Here's a comprehensive overview of what's new:

1. Enhanced Customer Details Capture:

We have implemented new functionality to capture additional details for contractual customers during retail bookings. This includes alternate addresses, state, PIN code, delivery time, and date preferences, providing a more comprehensive profile for better service delivery.

2. KISOSK Article Booking:

Users can now conveniently book articles through the portal's induction interface, streamlining the process and enhancing accessibility for our customers.

3. Parcel Logic Implementation:

The introduction of parcel logic in pick-up induction booking ensures optimized handling and management of parcel shipments, improving efficiency and accuracy in the delivery process.

4. Streamlined Domestic Parcel Booking:

To ensure clarity and accuracy in booking options, the "AIR" checkbox has been disabled for domestic parcel bookings, aligning with service specifications and requirements.

5. Modified POS Receipt:

POS receipts have been updated to include fields for total amount and amount paid (rounded off amount), providing clearer transaction summaries for both customers and staff.

6. Auto-Calculation for Sovereign Gold Bond Biller:

Total amounts are now automatically calculated based on input weight for Sovereign Gold Bond Biller transactions, reducing manual errors and enhancing transaction efficiency.

7. Emo Booking Restriction:

Booking of Emo transactions against non-live offices has been temporarily stopped, ensuring smoother operations and focusing resources on live office transactions.
