Subject: - Regarding issues faced while reconciliation & refund of UPI QR Payment transactions done at BOs.

I am directed to state that it has come to notice of the Competent Authority that BO UPI QR code is being used for performing transactions other than the authorized products. Further, QR Code based transactions are being done on postal holidays, outside working hours, test transactions etc. leading to increase in refund requests.

2. In this regard, it is requested to arrange to issue necessary instructions to all concerned that only authorized transactions in authorized working hours will take place through BO UPI QR Code.

3. This is issued with the approval of DDG (FS)
