Special Campaign 2.0 Best Practices in Department of Posts (DOP) during Special Campaign 2.0 which is scheduled from 02nd October 2022 to 31st October 2022.

Approximately 1.6 lakh mail bags are closed per day using sealing wax. This sealing wax produces fumes harmful for the staff and environment. As a green initiative under SpecialCampaign2.0, Department of Posts has decided to discontinue the use of sealing wax and replace that with recyclable seals.
