42nd All India IP/ASPs Association Conference 2022.
The Accommodation and Conference held in GemPark Hotel ,OOty . The arrangements are Wonderfully done by the reception Committee. Though Some People expressed arrangements are Lavish and Many food items wasted the Money, But I personally feel, that is the Level should be maintained for an Officer's Conference.
29.06.22 Day 1
👉🏻Till 10 30 or so Registrations of delegates, allotment of accommodation took Place.
👉🏻Next, as a Part of CWC , Until Lunch GS submitted his Biennial report.
👉🏻After Lunch ,GS report, accounts approved by the CWC members including all delegates unanimously.
👉🏻 But some CWC members , delegates needs detail clarification on the items taken up by the CHQ and mentioned in Biennial report.
👉🏻 So, CHQ want to take Opinions of Circles Mainly on the following issues and apart from them, any item may be discussed by Circles.
👊🏽 The steps for Implementation of Cadre Restructure
👊🏽 Post based , Vacancy Based Calculations
👊🏽 PSS Gr B RRs, whether LDCE to be scrapped or not
Till 7 Pm, it seems up to Odisha Circle expressed their Views .
After 7 PM, a Party and DJ arranged by Reception Committee.
Many Sr Officers like from Kerala, Karnataka ,WB sung songs in DJ and entertained all, had a energetic songs and dances.
after Party by reception committee, wonderful dinner then DAy End.
Day 2 30.06.2022
Day started with Special Cover release on IP ASP Association by PMG, West Region , Tamilanadu followed by Press Conference.
Then , left out Circles expressed their views mainly on the above POints.
almost till 4 Pm or so, only CSs had been expressing their Views.
Apart from CSs, other 3 (including me) could get a chance to express their Views in General Body meeting.
after Considering Majority views , the following resolutions passed by the GB.
👉🏻 To speed up CR, Should take help of MPs/Ministers, a delegation should Pursue issue with Dte, Ministry Constantly
👉🏻 Post Based VAcany Calculation should be followed, if necessary CHQ should go to Courts in this issue.
👉🏻 Majority of the Circles expressed Scrapping of LDCE, But finally GB agreed to give INputs to Dept in framing RRs of PSS gr B to scrap LDCE If Post based VAcancy Calculation not Possible.
👉🏻 Like wise, 2 or 3 CSs expressed views on Dropping Verification of PBs in Inspection , Revision of Inspection Questionnaire, Inspection Tool, Sify Dongles to IP/ASPs, Adhoc Arrangements in PSS Gr B, Increase of Subscription to Rs.150-.etc
After Resolutions, around 6 PM CSs and CHQ President met in a separate meeting hall to recommend new body to General Body meeting.
CSs recommendations approved unanimously and new body declared by President.

etc.
Around 8 PM , Conference Closed.
Highlights Observed
🫳🏽 Wonderful Accommodation, food, Conference arrangements
🫳🏽 only one IP Had a chance to address in the Conference
🫳🏽 Only one IP ( CS Of A.P circle ) had a chance to be in CHQ body and in CWC too.
🫳🏽 May be GB Expected discussion on fate of IP/ASPs amid rumors of DOP privatization, merger with IPPB.
🫳🏽 expected discussion on funds position for strengthening of SDHs Office in respect of Infrastructure , Laptops, Pending TA bills etc.
🫳🏽 Majority of the delegates were present in the Conference completely without any absence.
🫳🏽 The discussions could be more organized, Objective, Planned.
🫳🏽 I personally could met many whats app friends in AIC, we all met in whats app during Preparation to IP LDCE during 2019,2020s. happy to see all.
The above are completely my personal opinions ,experiences in AIC after attending AIC as a member. It is not related to CHQ or Circle body Officially.
This post is just for information how it happened, expectations etc to my friends, but not to hurt anybody, not pick holes or blame anybody.
