Subject: Regarding carrying out exercise for reconciliation of sanctioned strength of posts of Postal Service Group B in the Department of Posts.
This is in continuation of this Directorate's letter of even number dated 26.05.2022 regarding carrying out exercise for reconciliation of sanctioned strength of Postal Service Group B in the Department of Posts.
2. This Directorate has initiated an exercise for reconciliation of sanctioned strength of PS Group 'B' Cadre. This exercise is required for finalization of Recruitment Rules (RRs) of Postal Service Group 'B'. It is requested to submit the sanctioned strength of the PS Group 'B' in the proforma sent vide letter dated 26.05.2022 (copy enclosed). It is also requested that the sanctioned strength of the Circle/Dte in respect of PS Group 'B' may be certified by the Head of Circle/Dte so that same may be taken as authentic information which may be sent to Nodal Ministry i.e. DOPT. The information may be sent along with certificate latest by 10th June, 2022.
