 National Wide General Strike on 28-29, March 2022.

Central Government Employees Demands are as follows:

  1. Scrap NPS-Restore OPS
  2. Payment of DA/DR arrears withheld from Jan 2020 to June 2021
  3. Stop Privatisation /Corporatization of PSUs,Railway,Defence, Postal,Insurance,Banks Etc
  4. Grant Civil Servant status to Grameen Dak Sevaks (GDS) & Regularise their Service
  5. Withdraw Verygood bench mark for promotion -grant 5 MACPs in service time-remove 5% cealing on compassionate appointments
  6. Complete Cadre Review in all Departments
  7. Regularise GDS,Contract & Casual Workers
  8. Appoint 8th Central Pay Commission & Other Demands
