  Acceptance  of  a PLI/RPLI premium through single mode of payment.

I am directed to request  you to instruct the officials working  at CPCs/Post Offices to collect  a PLI/RPLI  premium  either  through  cash or cheque i.e.,  a single premium  should  be  collected  in  one  go  in  single  mode  either  through  cash  or cheque. The premium collection should not be split & should not be partially  made through cheque and remaining through cash or vice versa.

This issues with the approval of competent authority.
