    Representations from Government Servants on service matters | Recruitment to Competitive examination for the cadre of PA/SA/PM/ MG/MTS

    Please refer to Directorate letter no. 20-5/2016-SPB-II dated 24.7.2017 regarding Representation from Government Servant on service matter. Of late, it is observed that the officials (Postman/MTS/GDS) are forwarding advance copy of representations directly to Circle office/Regional office without following the hierarchy, in spite of repeated instructions. 

    It is once again requested to sensitize Postman/MTS/GDS staff and instruct them strictly not to make any direct correspondence with Circle Office/Regional Office. Disciplinary action may be taken as per provisions contained in CCS(Conduct) Rules/GDS Conduct Rules in respect of failure to follow the Directorate instructions.
