 The claim of the applicants for grant of Grade Pay Rs.4000 on a non functional basis after completion of 4 years regular service in the Grade Pay Rs. 4800 as per the provisions of Clause I(J (e) of the Ministry of Finance D/o Expenditure Resolution dated 29.08.2008, was examined in consultation with Department of Expenditure. The Department of Expenditure vide their ID Note No. 6/2/E-IIIB/2020 dated 19.07,2021 expressed no objection to implementing the Common Order of Hon'ble CAT, Chandigarh Bench dated 10.08.2020 in case of the applicants only.
