Rule-38 Transfer Allotment: Employees Must Accept or Decline Within 72 Hours

Rule-38 Transfer: 72-Hour Window Opens for Accept/Decline

The provisional allotment functionality (Accept/Decline) for employees allotted under the Rule-38 Transfer Trial Result will be available from 07 October 2026 at 00:00 hours for a period of 72 hours.

Employees who wish to decline their allotted transfer can exercise the Decline option through OTP verification during this provisional allotment period.

Important Instructions for Employees

🔹 Check your provisional allotment immediately after the window opens.

🔹 If you are satisfied with the allotted post and wish to continue, no decline action is required. Your allotment will be treated as accepted.

🔹 If you do not want to accept the allotted transfer, you must actively exercise the Decline option with OTP verification within the 72-hour window.

🔹 Failure to decline within the stipulated period will result in “Deemed Acceptance.” There will be no need for a separate acceptance action in such cases.

🔹 Only employees who have accepted or are deemed accepted will figure in the Final Allotment List.

⚠️ Employees Must Act Within 72 Hours

All employees covered under the Rule-38 trial allotment are strongly advised to check their allotment and take a decision without waiting until the last moment.

If you wish to decline the allotment, complete the OTP-based Decline process within 72 hours. Simply ignoring the provisional allotment will NOT mean rejection—it will be treated as acceptance.

Employees should therefore verify their allotment status and complete the required action within the prescribed deadline to avoid any unintended consequences.

For information and necessary action by all concerned employees.
