🖥️ Data Entry Procedure
The SOP provides that the PO Operator/Data Entry HO/SO is responsible for entering the required establishment data through the Establishment Review module.
The basic process is:
- Login using employee credentials.
- Select the appropriate office/charge.
- Open Establishment Review.
- Select Data Entry Form.
- Wait for the review, office and form data to load.
- Select the relevant office and complete the required fields.
- Save each section using “Save Section Draft”.
- Ensure all mandatory manual fields are completed.
- Verify that system/auto fields contain the required values.
- Complete all sections and ensure the progress reaches 100%.
- Click Submit (Final).
- Confirm that the status changes to Pending Verification.
⚠️ Important Points for Data Entry
- The office list displayed is based on the administrative mapping of the Maker.
- Where only one BPO is mapped, it may be selected automatically.
- For SOs having multiple attached BPOs, data entry has to be completed separately for each BPO.
- If no BPO is mapped to the user, the user should contact the concerned Sub-Division/Division for correction of administrative mapping.
- Manual fields must be entered for every applicable period.
- System/Auto fields are fetched by the system and are normally read-only.
- Typing alone does not save the data; the section must be saved using Save Section Draft.
- Unsaved data may be lost due to session timeout, browser closure, refresh or switching of review/office.
🚨 Action Required
All concerned Circles, Regions, Divisions and Sub-Divisions are requested to accord priority to the activity and ensure completion within the prescribed deadlines, as the Establishment Review Portal rollout is being monitored as a dashboard item of the Hon'ble Minister of Communications.
All concerned officials are requested to complete the data entry and final submission within the stipulated timeline.
