Dasara Prasadam 2026: Bookings Closed After Reaching 60,000 Orders

The Department of Posts has officially closed bookings for Dasara Prasadam 2026 after receiving an overwhelming response, with the total number of orders reaching 60,000.

The initiative received tremendous support from various Postal Divisions and Regional Offices, enabling a large number of devotees to book Dasara Prasadam from the Kanaka Durga Ammavari Devasthanam through the postal network.

According to the Assistant Director (Business Development and Marketing), Circle Office continues to receive requests from different places seeking permission to accept additional orders. However, the committed number of orders had already been collected from the Divisions in advance and communicated to the Devasthanam authorities.

Considering the heavy rush of pilgrims and other administrative protocols, the Kanaka Durga Ammavari Devasthanam authorities have expressed their inability to supply additional prasadam orders.

In view of these circumstances, all Divisional Heads and Assistant Directors have been instructed to inform their respective Post Offices that no further Dasara Prasadam bookings should be accepted.

The Department of Posts has expressed its gratitude to all Divisions and Regional Offices for their valuable support in making the initiative successful.

With 60,000 orders already reached, the bookings for Dasara Prasadam 2026 are now officially closed.

Important Notice: All Post Offices are instructed not to accept any further Dasara Prasadam orders.
