Facility Updation in CEPT MIS Portal

The Facility Master Updation facility is available in the CEPT MIS Portal for updating and maintaining Post Office facility details. The portal can be accessed through the Divisional Login at the CEPT MIS portal.

Steps for Facility Updation

  1. Login to CEPT MIS Portal
    Access the CEPT MIS Portal using the Divisional Login credentials.

  2. Navigate to Post Offices
    From the left-side menu, select Post Offices.

  3. Select Facility Update
    Under the Post Offices section, select Facility Update. The Facility Update screen provides options to identify the required office and retrieve its existing details.

  4. Select Office / Enter Facility ID
    In the Facility Master Updation screen, the office can be selected through the available Office and Branch Office fields, or the Facility ID can be entered directly. Click Fetch to retrieve the facility details.

  5. Update Required Details
    The retrieved facility master contains various fields, including:

    • Office Name and Office Type
    • Delivery Status and Pincode
    • Latitude and Longitude
    • Sub Office and Head Office details
    • Division, Region and Circle details
    • Address and Contact Number
    • Email ID and PAO Code
    • Cost Centre, PLI and SOL details
    • GSTN and other operational details
    • Network/NSP information
    • CBS/CSI rollout details
    • State, District, Sub-District and Village
    • Other facility-related information
  6. Update Contact Number / Other Fields
    The required field, such as Contact Number, can be modified in the Facility Master Updation screen.

  7. Save the Changes
    After verifying the updated information, click the Update button available at the bottom of the screen to save the changes.

Important

Before clicking Update, the concerned office details should be carefully verified to ensure that only the required information is modified and the facility master data remains accurate.
