  • Fresh/Re-issue Passport (60 pages): ₹3,500 (Normal) | ₹6,000 (Tatkaal)
  • Lost/Damaged Passport (36 pages): ₹5,000 (Normal) | ₹7,500 (Tatkaal)
  • Lost/Damaged Passport (60 pages): ₹6,000 (Normal) | ₹8,500 (Tatkaal)

Passport Fees for Minors

For applicants below 18 years of age:

  • Fresh/Re-issue Passport (36 pages): ₹1,750 (Normal) | ₹4,250 (Tatkaal)
  • Lost/Damaged Passport (36 pages): ₹4,250 (Normal) | ₹6,750 (Tatkaal)

Special Travel Documents

The fee structure for special travel documents is as follows:

  • Emergency Certificate (Abroad only): USD 15
  • Certificate of Identity: ₹1,000

Miscellaneous Passport Services

For services such as:

  • Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
  • Surrender Certificate
  • Global Entry Program Verification
  • Other passport-based miscellaneous certificates

the prescribed fee is ₹750.

10% Fee Concession

The Passport Seva programme also offers a 10% concession on passport fees for:

  • Children up to 8 years of age (Fresh passport applications only)
  • Senior citizens aged 60 years and above (Fresh passport applications only)

This concession is not applicable for passport re-issue applications.
