D.S.V.R. Murthy Given Additional Charge of Karnataka Circle CPMG and HOC CEPT Bengaluru
The Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, has issued an Office Order dated 08 July 2026 assigning additional responsibilities to Shri D.S.V.R. Murthy (IPoS: 1998).
As per the order, Shri D.S.V.R. Murthy, who is presently serving as the Chief Postmaster General (CPMG), Telangana Circle, has been entrusted with the additional charge of CPMG, Karnataka Circle, and Head of Circle (HOC), CEPT Bengaluru. He will continue to hold these additional responsibilities along with his existing duties, without any extra remuneration, and the order takes immediate effect.
The official order has been issued by the Personnel Division, Department of Posts, Dak Bhawan, New Delhi, with the approval of the Competent Authority. Copies of the order have been circulated to all Chief Postmasters General, Members of the Postal Services Board, CEPT Mysuru, RAKNPA Ghaziabad, and other concerned offices for necessary action.
This arrangement ensures continuity in the administration of Karnataka Circle and CEPT Bengaluru until further orders are issued by the Department of Posts.
