The Department of Posts has announced the successful completion of the ATM Switch Migration (Phase II) and restored all ATM card-related services in the CCMM menu of Finacle. This development comes after the temporary suspension of certain ATM card services to facilitate the migration process.
ATM Card Services Restored
According to the communication issued by the Financial Services Division (CBS), Department of Posts, the migration activity has been completed successfully, and all required sanity checks have been carried out by the CPRC Team.
As a result, the CCMM menu in Finacle is now functioning normally, and all ATM card-related services have been restored for use across Post Offices.
Processing of Personalized ATM Card Requests
During the migration period, Post Offices had collected ATM Card Request Forms for the issuance of Personalized ATM Cards. The Department has now instructed that these pending requests may be processed in the Finacle system without any further delay.
Instructions to Post Offices
The Department has requested all concerned authorities to disseminate this information to all SOLs (Service Outlet Locations) and Post Offices so that normal ATM card operations can resume immediately.
