The primary objective of the Association is to secure redressal of common service grievances through constitutional means and to suggest improvements in service conditions, pay, allowances, and career progression. It also strives to cooperate with the Department in enhancing efficiency and strengthening postal operations across the country.
AIAIASP functions through a well-defined organizational structure consisting of the Central Association and Circle Associations. The All India Conference serves as the supreme decision-making body, while the Central Working Committee oversees the affairs of the Association between conferences. Democratic principles are upheld through regular elections, representation from all circles, and participation of members in policy decisions.
The Association plays a significant role in addressing issues affecting postal supervisors, including working conditions, welfare measures, administrative reforms, and professional growth. Through constructive dialogue with the Department of Posts, it acts as a bridge between employees and administration, ensuring that members' concerns are effectively represented.
Over the years, AIAIASP has contributed to strengthening unity among postal supervisory cadres and promoting a spirit of service, professionalism, and cooperation. By safeguarding members' interests and supporting departmental progress, the Association continues to be an important pillar of the postal system in India.
