TRINITY AI POSB RECONCILER v3.0: Powerful Offline Reconciliation Suite for Post Offices
A comprehensive new reconciliation solution named TRINITY AI POSB RECONCILER v3.0 has been introduced to simplify and automate POSB reconciliation work for Head Post Offices. Developed as an independent educational utility, the suite combines five integrated tools designed to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and streamline daily as well as monthly reconciliation activities.
The software package is especially useful for HO staff handling POSB reconciliation, SO summaries, GL analysis, and mismatch reporting.
Major Highlight: Mandatory Pre-Tool for New HOs
The developers have emphasized that all new Head Offices must first use the HO Office-Mapping Sheet Creator before operating the main reconciliation tools.
This newly introduced Pre-Tool automatically creates a customised Office Mapping Sheet using SO PDFs and GL files. The generated mapping sheet becomes the foundation for smooth daily reconciliation activities across all other tools.
Five Integrated Tools in Trinity AI Suite
1. Finacle GL Compiler v2.2
This utility compiles raw Finacle GL files and converts them into office-wise Excel workbooks for easier analysis and reconciliation.
2. SO Summary Parser v3.54
The parser extracts data from SO Summary PDFs and converts them into structured Excel reports with office-wise and scheme-wise breakup.
3. Mismatch Reporter v20.3
One of the core modules of the suite, this tool generates daily reconciliation reports with colour-coded mismatch identification for quick review and correction.
4. HO Office-Mapping Sheet Creator v3.0.1
Introduced as a new Pre-Tool, it automates the preparation of Office Mapping Sheets during initial HO setup.
5. Monthly Reconciliation Consolidator v2.1
Another newly added Post-Tool that helps consolidate daily mismatch reports into a single month-end reconciliation report.
