India Post Extends Deadline for Mandatory iGOT Courses and Comprehensive Assessment Till 30 June 2026
The Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, has announced a further extension of the deadline for completion of Mandatory Courses and the Comprehensive Assessment on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal for the reporting year 2025–26.
As per the latest notice issued by the Training Division, all employees of the Department of Posts are now required to complete the prescribed mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment on the iGOT portal by 30 June 2026 or before the due date for submission of the self-appraisal in APAR, whichever is earlier.

Employees must complete the activities on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal before the APAR self-appraisal submission date if it falls earlier than 30 June 2026.

The Department has advised all officials and staff members to:
Complete all prescribed mandatory learning modules on the iGOT Portal.
Finish the Comprehensive Assessment within the stipulated timeline.
Ensure compliance before submitting their APAR self-appraisal.
Avoid last-minute delays that may impact performance evaluation.
The extension has been granted with the approval of the Competent Authority in accordance with the DoPT Office Memorandum No. T-28/27/2025-iGOT dated 25.05.2026.
