ATM Unit New Email Directory – Updated Email IDs for Faster Resolution

Important Instructions
Users are requested to send emails only to the concerned section for faster disposal.
The earlier common email ID should be removed from group mailing lists wherever specific team IDs are available.
Proper subject lines and transaction details should be included while sending complaints to avoid delays.
The updated directory is expected to streamline ATM and banking-related grievance handling across the Department of Posts and improve customer support efficiency.
