8th Central Pay Commission Visit to Srinagar, J&K (UT) from 1–4 June 2026: Notice Issued by 8CPC

The Government of India’s Eighth Central Pay Commission has announced its official visit to Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (UT) from 1st June 2026 to 4th June 2026 for interactions with stakeholders, employee unions, associations, and government organizations.

The notice was issued vide No. 35/4/2026-VST/8CPC dated 01.05.2026.

The Commission will visit Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (UT) from Monday, 1 June 2026 to Thursday, 4 June 2026.

Concerned stakeholders including:

  • Central Government Organizations/Institutions

  • Jammu & Kashmir (UT) Government Organizations

  • Staff Unions and Associations

  • Employee Federations

may interact with the Commission during the visit.

Submission of Memorandum

Stakeholders desirous of meeting the Commission are required to:

  3. The request for appointment must be submitted on or before 16 May 2026 along with the Unique Memo ID generated after memorandum submission.

Venue & Meeting Schedule

The detailed venue information and meeting schedule for Srinagar interactions will be communicated separately by the Commission at a later stage.

Separate Meetings in Other States/UTs

The notice also mentions that the Commission will conduct similar meetings in other States and Union Territories in due course.
