The Department of Posts has introduced a major digital सुविधा for policyholders. Now, Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) premiums can be paid online through the BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) platform powered by NPCI.
