Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2025 Activities in Karnataka Circle

In line with the directives of the Directorate, the Office of the Chief Postmaster General (CPMG), Karnataka Circle, has issued a revised schedule for the Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2025 activities. The rescheduling comes as part of efforts to streamline events and ensure wider participation across all Regions and Divisions.

Revised Schedule of Activities

1. Swachhata Pledge and Plantation of Saplings

   • Originally scheduled for 15th September 2025, these activities will now be conducted on 17th September 2025, in conjunction with other activities planned for that date.

2. Swachhata Rally

   • The rally that was earlier scheduled for 16th September 2025 will now be held on 27th September 2025, alongside the Cycle Rally.

Instructions to All Units

All concerned Regional and Divisional offices have been directed to:

• Issue necessary instructions for implementation at the ground level.

• Ensure strict adherence to the revised schedule.

• Capture and promptly upload photographs, reports, and related data of the completed activities on the CTUs portal.

Commitment to Cleanliness

The Swachhata Hi Seva campaign continues to be an important initiative to reinforce the commitment of India Post towards cleanliness, sustainability, and public participation. With plantation drives, rallies, and community pledges, the campaign aims to spread awareness and mobilize collective action for a cleaner environment.
