Procedure for Reimbursement:

  1. The officer/official is responsible for purchasing the briefcase/office bag/ladies purse.
  2. The original bill should be submitted to the General Administration Branch, certifying the purchase.
  3. Reimbursement will be made subject to the revised ceiling mentioned above, effective from 1st May 2024.
