SSA (Sukanya Samriddhi Account) Withdrawal issue in Post Office (DOP) Finacle
Subject: SSA Withdrawal issue in Post Office Finacle — Reg.
Reference: CO Lr.No. SB/100-41/FINACLE/21 dated 25,01,2021 received through email on 01.07.2021.
With reference to the above letter, it is intimated that there is no option in Finacle for allowing SSA Withdrawal and hence the same has already been taken up with the Financial System Integrator (FSI)
However. in order to settle the complaint(s), CEPT on approval from Directorate, will make withdrawal in the concerned SSA Accounts and credit the amount in Office Account No, 0340 of HO SOL. HO can issue cheque for the SSA Withdrawal amount by dehiting office acoyunt No. 0340. Hence, it it requested to provide the following to the CEPT for making withdrawals.
1. SOLID
2. Account Number
3. Amount of Withdrawal
4. Copy of the orders of Divisional Head
The eligibility and eligible amount of withdrawal will not be checked by the System and Sanctioning Authority should check them before taking up with Directorate / CEPT,
