Post Office Swachhta Pakhwada 2022 | DOP (Department of Post) Observing Swachh Bharath Pakhwada from 17th September to 01st October 2022

This refers to the Video Conference held by Hon’ble Minister for Communications on 16.09.2022 with all Heads of Circles on the subject of “Swachhta Pakhwada” for DOP (Department of Post) which is to be observed from 17th September to 1st October, 2022. The list of activities to be undertaken during the Pakhwada is annexed. In addition:
(a) Blood donation camps be organized during the campaign period
(b) Ministry of Health has launched Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan for taking care of TB patients and eradicate TB from the country. Your Circle should also associate with this Abhiyan and generate awareness on this subject.
3. Wide media publicity with special focus on social media be given to the activities organised during the Pakhwada. A daily report along with photographs on the activities organised may be sent to Estates Division.
4. I am confident that your personal involvement in the Pakhwada will make its observation a grand success.

21 —22 September : Swachh RMS Office
23 September : Swachh Administrative Office
24 — 25 September (Saturday and Sunday) : Swachh Chikitsa — medical camp/ awareness of hygiene in P& T Colonies
26 — 27 September : Swachh Aahar — Departmental and contractual canteens
28 September : Swachh Saamaan — Postal Store Depots and Circle Stamp Depots
29 September : Swachh spardha — competition on the theme of Swachhta
30 September — 1 October : Samiksha — Review
