Subject: Regarding roll out of Click N Book Service in Post Office


This is regarding roll out of Click N Book Service across the country.


2. Click N Book service is part of the Parcel Tracker being monitored by Hon’ble MoC.


3. The service has already been enabled in eighty-one HOs/GPOs situated at Circle HQ of each Circle. (list attached in annexure-A) and running successfully. It has been decided to launch the service in these 81 HOs/GPOs w.e.f. 20.09.2022.


4. Three rounds of training on functionalities of Click N Book service has already been given to officials nominated by the Circles.


5. It has been decided to enable Click N Book service in all post offices situated in municipal limit of all State capitals w.e.f. 27.09.2022Accordingly, Circles are requested to send the name of the post offices falling within the municipal limits of state capitals along with CSI facility ID (in excel only) in the format attached in annexure-B by 20.09.2022.


6. Circles shall identify the dedicated officials to ensure timely pickup and induction of articles booked thorough Click N Book service.


7. Processes of Click n Book services on India Post Portal and DPMS & POs application of CSI are attached in annexure-C.


8. Detailed SOP and monitoring mechanism of Click n Book service will be sent separately.
